Following the presentations, we'll head to the Drama Studio at Drama Studio - Lowitja O'Donoghue Cultural Centre to see Sabia Rasool's talk.
About this KNoT
During this session, students are expected to share the learning from the course - whether it's your project (ie your Doing KNoTs), your portfolio, or a combination of the two.
Preparation
You can prepare 1 slide beforehand if you would like. You can also go without slides. You might want to plan your 3-minute talk ahead of time.
Some good prompts are:
- What was a highlight? What was a low-light? And what learning are you taking with you?
- What was the situation? What was the complication? What was your solution?
Not to freak you out, but there is a well-known competition called the 3-Minute Thesis, where PhD students condense their Thesis (usually more than 50,000 words) into a 3-minute talk. Search it up and check it out. If they can do it, so can you!

During the session, we will learn the art of the 3-minute presentation. You may choose to prepare 1 slide without words. There will be time for discussion and Q&A.
How to Complete This KNoT
This task mostly contributes to the class camaraderie. It's great to see what everyone has done.
