Pedal Power ACT is Canberra's largest cycling organisation, representing around 5,200 members and championing active travel in the city for 50 years — from a 1974 protest ride to today's ongoing advocacy for safer, more connected cycling infrastructure. As community partner on this project, Pedal Power brings decades of local knowledge and advocacy experience to help students build a credible, evidence-based case for Canberra's next major active travel corridor — work that will directly inform their ongoing push for a more bike-friendly city.
