About
The Men's Table began in 2011 with twelve men meeting once a month for dinner — it's now a national not-for-profit helping men build real friendship and connection, one Table at a time. Commissioned twice by the National Mental Health Commission to research men's wellbeing, their work shows real results: 84% of men report a stronger sense of belonging, and 80% a benefit to their mental health. As community partner on this project, The Men's Table brings grassroots insight and a proven model of care to help students design and evaluate ways of reaching young men before disconnection takes hold.
