Tips: (1) allow yourself time. Reflection is best done in a thoughtful expansive way. It doesn’t happen so well in a hurry. Make time to reflect and discover how you do it best;(2) be as honest as possible. And this is first and foremost with yourself.  There is no right way to respond or feel about a collaborative process.
