About this KNoT

Are you working on a collaborative project that could benefit from deeper strategic thinking? Or planning one that you want to set up for success from the start?
This hands-on workshop is designed for anyone currently involved in or planning a collaborative initiative. Using proven Cobeo tools and methods, you'll work directly on your own project while gaining insights that will strengthen your collaborative practice for years to come.

Why this workshop matters:
Many collaborative projects focus heavily on tasks and timelines, but overlook the foundational dynamics that determine whether partnerships thrive or struggle. We'll dive deep into four critical areas that often don't get the attention they deserve.

What you'll accomplish:

  • Strengthen your current project – Apply practical frameworks directly to a collaborative initiative you're working on or planning
  • Deepen your understanding of key dynamics – Explore how Value, Roles, Risks, and Enablers show up in your project and develop insights for navigating them more effectively
  • Learn from peers – Gain insights from other participants' collaborative experiences and challenges
  • Build lasting skills – Develop frameworks for approaching future collaborative work with greater awareness and intention
