About this KNoT
This is a 2-part workshop. Preference is given to students who can attend both workshops. You must complete Part 1 to attend Part 2.
Cobeo develops your collaboration capabilities through two interactive workshops, supported by pre and post activities. Using research-based Cobeo Tools, you'll reflect on your lived experiences and explore collaborative processes through role-play scenarios and guided activities. You'll gain insights into collaborative dynamics, develop self-awareness as a collaborative practitioner, and strengthen your critical thinking in collaborative contexts. The module combines evidence-based frameworks with practical experience to build highly sought-after employability skills.
Preparation
Pre-Workshop Reflective Survey: In the workshop, we will be reflecting together on our collaboration practice. To prepare for some of the workshop activities, we invite you to complete this short reflection on your collaborative practice.
It should take about 10 minutes to complete, and you can find it here: Completion survey
You will be asked to share some of your insights about your experience with other people in the workshop, and this reflective task gives you a bit more time to consider your responses. It is a good idea to copy the summary of your responses into a document so you can think about them again later
Research data collection and photo permissions:
Cobeo has been developed through ongoing research to improve collaboration tools and measure their impact. We request permission to include your workshop feedback, surveys, and activity responses in our research to help us continue improving Cobeo tools and practices. Please note you can do this KNOT without consenting to be part of the research.
